Customer Service Centre
Come see us at our Customer Service Centre which is located on the ground floor of the Civic Centre. 50 The Octagon, Dunedin. Our opening hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We open half an hour later on Wednesday, opening hours are 9am to 5pm.
You can also call us on +64 3 477 4000 or email dcc@dcc.govt.nz. The contact centre operates 24 hours a day, seven day a week for urgent matters involving noise, dogs, water and waste, and roading.
If you are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind or have a speech impediment, the New Zealand Relay Service can assist you with calling us.
Get in-person building and planning advice
Experts from our Building and Planning teams are available at Customer Services in the Civic Centre from 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
There’s no need to make an appointment – just drop in when it suits you.
